双进双出钢球磨煤机动态分离器改造整体优化调整试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 为研究双进双出钢球磨煤机动态分离器改造后磨煤机的性能,对某电厂的磨煤机出力分别在45、47、50、60、65 t/h时进行了分离器特性试验及料位调整和出口一次风管煤粉分配均匀性试验。试验结果表明:分离器特性均较好,随着分离器转速逐渐升高,煤粉细度逐渐变细,随着分离器转速逐渐降低,磨煤机电流基本保持不变,磨煤电耗相对稳定;磨煤机出力在50~35t/h内调整时,对煤粉细度、磨煤单耗与制粉电耗影响均较大;随着磨煤机料位的升高,磨煤机煤粉均变细,磨煤单耗与制粉单耗均明显增大;一次风管风量明显偏大。 In order to study the performance of the outlet ball pulverizer, the separator characteristics pulverizer after modifying dynamic separator of double inlet and test, material level adjustment and distribution uniformity test of outlet primary air pipe coal powder are conducted on the pulverizer output in a power plant at the speed of 45, 47, 50, 60 and 65 t/h respectively. The test results show as follows: the separators all have fairly better characteris- tics; with the separator speed gradually increased, the gradual fineness of coal powder is declining; with the sepa- rator speed gradually reduced, at the same time that the pulverizer current remains basically consumption of coal pulverizing is relatively stable ; when pulverizer output is adjusted within h, the impact on the coal fineness, unit consumption of coal pulverizing and electricity cons unchanged, electricity the speed of 50 - 35t/ umption in milling are rather larger; with material level of pulverizer increased, the coal powder is becoming finer as well as unit con- sumption of coal pulverizing and unit consumption of milling is obviously pumped are obviously increased; and primary air pipe volume is obviously pumped.
