摘要
宁海电厂600 MW机组锅炉送风机由于设计选型时裕量偏大,送风机长期在低效率区运行,浪费了大量的电能。在试验和分析的基础上,对送风机叶轮和电机进行了风机转子、轮毂和叶片等的改造。改造后送风机实际运行效率明显提高,送风机的厂用电率从改造前的0.135%下降到改造后的0.105%,经济效益明显,达到了节能改造的目的。
With a redundant capacity allowance in its design, the forced draft fan for the 600 MW boiler in Ninghai Power Plant has operated at a low efficiency for a long time, therefore causing considerable waste of energy. Through tests and analysis, an improvement is made on the rotator, the wheel hub and the blades, and other parts of the forced draft fan. The improvement results in a notable increase of efficiency and remarkable economical benefits, with the auxiliary power consumption rate of the fan dropping from 0.135% to 0.105% following the renovation, thus realizing the proposed goal of energy saving.
