摘要
广东省发电行业节能监督工作取得了一定的成绩,但也存在着不少问题,主要表现在对节能监督工作重视不够,监督职能弱化,而且对监督的目的、范围、内容、方法等方面也需要加以改善。面对"节能减排"的新要求,发电企业必须及时更新观念,引进先进的管理理念,加强能源管理,切实落实节能监督职能工作。
There have been certain achievements in energy conservation supervision for electric power generation industry of Guangdong, China, but still, many problems remain to be solved, which mainly include inadequate attention to energy conservation supervision, weakened supervision function, and defects in such aspects as purpose, range, content and method of the supervision. Facing the new requirement of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction, power generation enterprises must renew the concept in time, introduce advanced administration ideas, strengthen energy management, and carry out energy conservation supervision in earnest.
