摘要 云浮发电厂A厂2台420 t/h燃用无烟煤锅炉在投产初期存在燃烧稳定性差、结焦严重、易灭火等问题,随后经历不同阶段的改造,2台锅炉的燃烧稳定性及结焦程度都得到了极大的改善。但近期在煤源比较紧张、煤质相对不稳定的状况下,1号锅炉灭火现象骤然加剧,而2号锅炉灭火情况较少。结合该2台锅炉的不同改造情况及实际运行状况,从煤质、运行及燃烧器结构等方面进行比较分析,探讨锅炉灭火原因,并提出相应的改进及预防措施,将该措施运用于1号锅炉取得了成效,锅炉燃烧稳定。 Two anthracite fired 420 t/h boilers of Yunfu Power Plant's subsidiary station A were in their first stage of operation troubled by combustion instability, coking and flame failures. After a few retrofits, combustion instability and coking troubles of both boilers got markedly less, but with increasing unsteadiness of coal quality, caused by late market shortages, the flame failure problem of boiler No. 1 got at sudden acute, while affecting boiler No.2 muss less. The cause of flame failure has been investigated by comparing the two boiler's quality of coal served and differences in their burner's construction, while taking notice of their different states of retrofit and operation. Relevant preventive measures and ways of improvement are recommended, which have successfully been applied to boiler No. 1 to stabilize its combustion. Figs 2, table 1 and refs 2.
