煤的磨损特性试验方法研究

摘要 选用11个动力煤样,按照DL/T 465《煤的冲刷磨损试验方法》进行试验,选用磨损特性大小不同的动力煤样,在新建的磨损试验系统上分别进行与DL/T 465平行的对比试验。试验结果表明,采用DL/T 465进行煤的磨损指数试验,当磨损指数较低时其重复性较差,而在新建的磨损试验系统上所试验煤样的稳定性和重复性均较好,冲刷磨损率E与冲刷磨损指数Ke有较好的相关性,总体上Ke随E的增大而增大。 Eleven samples of coal used in power industry had been selected to carry out parallel test according to DL/T465 standard《 Test method for erosion and abrasion of coal》, at the same time, samples of coal used in power industry with different abrasive behaviors being selected for carrying out parallel comparison test on the newly constructed abrasion test system. Results of tests show that the repro-ducibility is bad in the case of abrasive index test of coal according to the method stipulated in DL/ T465 standard,while the coal samples tested on the newly constructed abrasion test system all have better stability and reproducibility. There is a better relationship between the erosion - abrasion rate E and the erosion- abrasion index Ke in general, Ke is increase along with the increase of E.
