摘要
当前,高职院校班主任工作存在着诸多不足,通过强化班主任责任意识,建立健全班主任工作考核制度,积极创造条件,满足班主任的合理需要,加大班主任培训力度,班主任挂牌等方式,来加强对班主任队伍的建设,提高班主任工作的实效性。
At present, the work of the teachers in charge of a class has some deficiencies. Therefore, we should intensify their duty awareness, set up serials of assessing their performance, actively create conditions to meet their reasonable demands. Meanwhile, we can take measures such as strengthening various training to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their work.
