摘要
大学生就业难已引起社会各界的广泛关注和国家的高度重视。新形势下高职学生就业压力大，就业形势El趋严峻，就业指导工作越发重要，这就需要充分发挥班主任在高职学生就业指导中的重要作用。班主任就业指导工作需要立足于新形势下高职院校就业指导工作实际．转变就业指导观念，采取多项务实高效措施来加强毕业生就业指导。旨在提高高职就业指导质量和成效。
College students＇difficuh employment has aroused great and wide attention. Under the new situation of higher vocational colleges,students are facing hunting pressure and thus employment guid- ance is becoming more important. Head teachers play an important role in employment guidance. It is pointed out that head teacher＇s employment guidance,based on the new situation of job-hunting prac- tice,is supposed to transform guidance ideas and take various efficient measures to enhance graduates＇ employment guidance in order to improve its quality and effect.
