摘要
在高职院校的学生管理工作中,班主任作为骨干力量发挥着重要作用。班主任队伍的整体素质对教育成效有着极大的影响。加强班主任队伍建设,是高职院校思想政治教育的组织保证。在分析当前高职院校学生管理工作中存在问题的基础上,提出相应的对策。
Class counselor, as the backbone, play the important part in students management of vocational colleges. The overall quality of class counselor＇ team affects greatly the education effects. Strengthening class counselors＇ team construction is the organizational guarantee of ideological and political education of vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the management of students in vocational colleges, this article puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
