摘要
讨论了影响海藻酸钠提取的主要影响因素,综述了目前海藻酸钠提取工艺的研究进展,并对其作了简要分析比较,着重探讨了海藻酸钠提取工艺中存在的问题,结合目前国内外对海藻酸钠提取工艺的研究,展望了海藻酸钠的发展前景。
Extraction process of sodium alginate was numerous with large number of different process characteristics. Main influent factors to extraction of sodium alginate were discussed, extraction technology of sodium alginate was introduced and a brief analysis and comparison was given, the problems in extraction of sodium alginate were discussed also, combining extraction technology of sodium alginate at home and abroad, prospects in the development of sodium alginate were predicted.
