摘要
以海带为原料研究岩藻多糖的提取工艺,并初步研究了一些因素对岩藻多糖的自由基清除能力的影响.研究表明,岩藻多糖的最佳提取温度为100℃,提取时间为6h,加水量为90mL/g,提取率为11.05%;温度对自由基清除能力影响不大,岩藻多糖质量浓度与自由基清除能力成正相关.
The extracting method of fucoidin from kelp and influences of factors on its free radical scavenging activity were studied.The result showed that the optimal extracting temperature and time of fucoidin are 100?℃ and 6?h,the relative amount of water should be 90?mL/g.Tempreature had less influence on its radical scavenging activity,but when content increased the free radical scavenging activity of sample was improved.
