摘要
通过对硅在高炉内迁移行为的研究,分析了影响焦炭灰分中Si以气态SiO进入煤气的因素,以及影响低硅冶炼热力学和动力学等因素,分析了高炉实现低硅冶炼所要采取的措施。
Based on the study of silicon behavior during the iron-making process in blast furnaee, this paper put forward the proposals on how to produce low-silicon hot metal by analyzing the mechanism of silicon from coke ash into blast gas and other thermodynamics and kinetics factors which associated with low-silicon hot metal production.
