摘要
根据大喷煤高炉的实际情况 ,进行热力学计算并分析了高炉铁水 [Si]还原的机理。同时 ,根据现场统计数据 ,论证了对低硅冶炼影响的条件 ;并得到了高炉大喷煤及其相关技术的采用有利于冶炼低硅生铁的证据。
According to the BF operation practice,the mechanism of silicon reduction is based on thermodynamic calculation and statistical data The influencing factors of low silicon smeltin are demonstrated The use of high PCI rate and relative technologies is proved to be results indicate that this strategy can not only save the energy,but also improve heating efficiency
