摘要
天铁2×700m3高炉通过提高原燃料质量,采用高风温、高顶压、高冶强、大喷煤,改善炉渣冶金性能,加强管理及改进操作等手段,低硅冶炼水平达到了历史新高,生铁含硅量降至0.50% ̄0.55%,其它技术经济指标相应改善。
By enhancing the materials and fuels quality,using high air temperature, high top pressure, high smelting strength and large coal injection, improving the metallurgical property of slag,strengthening the management and modifying operations, the low silicon smelting of BF is up to the highest level of history. The silicon content is reduced to 0.50~0.55% , and the other technological and economic index are improved.
