摘要
为降低生产成本,近年来红钢逐渐增加本地产贫杂矿的使用比例。通过强化控制烧结矿的质量及稳定性,采取贫杂矿综合冶炼技术,有效弥补了矿石资源贫杂化对高炉冶炼过程带来的不利影响。生产实践表明:在入炉品位降低2.8%~3.6%、渣量增至620~660kg/t条件下,高炉利用系数仅下降1.4%~4.6%,燃料比升高3.0%~4.3%;按品位降低-指标变化的经验关系测算,生产指标实际上是得到了改善。
In order to reduce pig iron production cost,local poor ores were utilized incrementally in Hongsteel in recent years.By controlling the quality and stability of sinter and adopting comprehensive smelting technology of the poor ores,the negative influence of using the poor ores was getting weaker in ironmaking process.The production practice showed that the utilization coefficient of blast furnace was only reduced by 1.4 %-4.6 %and the fuel ratio was increased by 3.0 %-4.3 % when the comprehensive grade was reduced by 2.8 %-3.6 % and the slag amount was increased to 620-660kg/t.According to the empirical relationship between grade reductionindexes variation,the production indexes were improved actually.
