摘要
在实验室条件下,研究了烧结工艺参数与烧结矿FeO含量的定量关系及烧结矿FeO含量对烧结矿冶金性能的影响。结果表明,从FeO含量对烧结矿产量和质量指标的影响看,烧结矿FeO含量在8.08%~9.70%范围内较适宜;从FeO含量对冶金性能指标的影响看,烧结矿FeO含量在7.18%~8.08%范围内较适宜。综合分析结果,鞍钢烧结矿FeO含量应控制在8.00%左右较适宜。
The quantitative relationship content of FeO in sinter as well as effects of between the sintering technological parameters and the the content of FeO in sinter on metallurgical properties are studied in laboratory. The results show that the content of FeO in sinter with the range from 8.08% to 9.70% is suitable in view of its effects on the indexes of the production and quality of the sinter, and the content of FeO in sinter with the range from 7.18% to 8.08% is suitable in view of its effects on metallurgical properties. So it is determined that the content of FeO in sinter of Angang with controlled 8.00% about is suitable based on the comprehensive analysis.
