铁矿石经济性研究及其在红钢的应用 被引量:6

摘要 基于炼铁工序相关基础理论,结合试验、生产数据,建立了铁矿石成分性能—价格—指标—成本综合测算模型。就红钢目前资源—价格体系下对单品种铁矿石烧结、单品种烧结矿和提升高炉综合品位生铁冶炼等过程中的参数、指标、成本等变化对其使用经济性作了系统的测算及分析,并对不同生产条件下的指标、成本作统一回归校核。结果表明,目前条件下入炉品位为47.0%~50.0%时,生铁成本最低,目前红钢本地及周边资源具有良好使用经济性优势。 The measurement model of comprehensive performance price indicators-cost was established,based on basic ironmaking theory,combined with test and production data.The economies of single variety of iron ore sintering,single variety of sinter and raising the overall grade of BF's ironmaking process were calculated and analyzed under the current resources-price system of Honggang.And the unified regression check was carried out on varies of the parameter,index and cost.The results showed that the cost of pig iron was the lowest when the BF's comprehensive ore grade was 47.0 %-50.0 %under the current conditions.In the current conditions,it has good economic advantage to use local and surrounding iron ore resources.
