摘要
2007年我国科学家在海洋天然产物领域进行了大量研究,发现了倍半萜、二萜、三萜、甾体、含卤素的杂环化合物、含卤素的酚类化合物、环肽、生物碱等类型的化合物,并且对其抗菌、抗炎、细胞毒、清除自由基等生物活性进行了研究。本文按照海洋生物的种类和研究的侧重点,综述2007年我国在海洋天然产物领域内所取得的研究成果。
Marine organisms are a rich source of novel, bioactive secondary metabolites which have attracted a great deal of attention from the scientists in the fields of chemistry, pharmacology, ecology, and molecular biology. Recently, many complex and structurally unique secondary metabolites have been isolated from the marine organisms. These metabolites are responsible for various bioactivities such as anti-tumor, anti-inflammation and antioxidant activities, and they act on the cardiovascular system. This review focuses on the marine natural products isolated from the marine organisms, as well as their biological activities by Chinese scientists in 2007.
