摘要
为筛选高产抗真菌抗生素菌株,用出发菌株UEZC经60Co-γ射线辐射诱变,以拮抗菌对峙法初筛,琼脂块法、管碟法复筛,筛选到高产突变株MUE-4,其抑菌活性较UEZC菌株提高了近1倍,遗传稳定性良好。
To select high-yield antifungal antibiotics producing strains, the initial strain UEZC was treated with ^60Co-γ ray. Through the confront culture method as primary screening; agar block method and cylinder-plate method as secondary screening, the strain MUE-4 was obtained. The antifungal activity of MUE-4 was nearly increased by one time than the UEZC, and the genetic stability of the high productivity was stable.
