摘要 从大豆根表分离出20株对植物病原真菌有拮抗作用的细菌,其中4株对供试的6种病原真菌均有抑制作用,对小麦赤霉菌、纹枯菌、黑粉菌、番茄灰霉菌、早疫菌、山芋黑疤病菌的拮抗频率分别为18.8%、18.8%、27.1%、22.9%、29.2%、22.9%。发酵液对小麦赤霉病菌、番茄灰霉菌、早疫病菌孢子萌发均有抑制作用,对上述3种病菌引起的病害田间防效良好。 Twenty bacterial strains with activity against pathogenic fungi were isolated from the soybean rhizoplane. Among these, four strains inhibited all six of the pathogenic fungi tested, showing inhibition frequencies of 18.8, 18.8, 27.1, 22.9, 29.2 and 22.9%, respectively, against Fusarium graminearum, Rhizoctonia solani, Ustilago tritici, Botrytis cinerea, Alternaria solani, and Ceratocystis fimbriata. Broth from the bacteria inhibited conidial spore germination of Fusarium graminearum, Botrytis cinerea, and Alternaria solani, and showed good efficacy in field experiments against diseases caused by three of the causal agents mentioned above.
