摘要
教师与学校之间相互信任的稳定关系不仅需要靠经济契约来维持,还需要在他们之间构建良好的心理契约。学校在高校师资管理中要通过期望、承诺、沟通和互利互惠等策略与教师建立良好的心理契约,并在招聘、培训、激励与危机管理等环节中对心理契约加以维护。
The constant relationship between teachers and their school can only be maintained through both an economic contract and a psychological contract between them. Therefore, a fine psychological contract should be concluded with strategies such as expectation, communication, mutual benefits, etc. in the management of teachers and enforced in the links like recruiting, training, incentive creating and crisis management.
