摘要
在金铁锁增殖培养基MS+0.5mg/LBA+0.1mg/LKT+0.1mg/LIAA+0.2mg/LNAA+0.5mg/L2,4-D中,附加不同浓度的PP333和蔗糖,结果表明:两者均有效抑制了试管苗的生长,0.1—0.2mg/L的P333以及60g/L的蔗糖适合金铁锁常温离体保存,但以后者为最佳。
To study the effects of PP333 and sugar in preservation of Psammosilene tunicoides W. C. Wu et C. Y. Wu, We added them of different concentration to the enrichment media MS + 0. 5mg/LBA + 0. 1 mg/LKT + 0. lmg/LIAA +0. 2mg/LNAA +0. 5mg/L2,4 - D. The results showed that both of them could inhibit the growth of plantlet effectively; PP333 (0. 1 -0. 2mg/L) and sugar (60g/L) was suitable for preservation in vitro of Psammosilene tunicoides, but the latter was most effective.
