摘要
新疆紫草[Arnebia euchroma (Rovle) Johnston]嫩芽和幼叶切段在含有不同激素组合的琼脂培养基上产生了愈伤组织,其中在MSB+0.4mg/L NAA+0.2mg/L 2.4—D+1.0mg/L KT中愈伤组织诱导率较高,达82.2%.这些愈伤组织经过继代,生长很快。转入分化培养基后,愈伤组织表面产生了很多不定芽和少量胚状体。不定芽经扶壮,诱导生根,生长成完整植株并移栽成活。
Calli were induced from segments of budlet and leaflet of the Arnebia cuchroma (Royle) Johnston, which were cultured on agar medium supplemented with auxin. Frequency of calluinduction is hgh on the medium MSB+0.4mg/L NAA+0.2mg/L 2.4-D+1.0mg/L KT among them, it amounts to 82.2%. These callus grew fast after subcultured. When transfered them onto medium for differentiation, adventitious buds and a few embryoids regeneration occured on the surface of the callu. Buds were rooted and plantlet regeneration after strong sprout and rooting induction, Plamtlets were survival after transplantation.
