摘要
以何首乌茎尖、茎段为外植体进行组织培养试验,结果表明,茎尖在含有1~2mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA+3%白糖+0.4%琼脂的MS培养基中芽的诱导率高达100%,茎尖的诱导分化能力较茎段强;适宜的增殖培养基为MS+2mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA+3%白糖+0.4%琼脂,且不定芽经30天培养,增强系数达10.
To use stem apex and stem of fleeceflower root as explant for making tissue culture test. The result expressed that, when stem apex was in MS medium that contained 1-2mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA+3% plantation+0.4% agar, the inductivity achieved to 100%, the derivation and differentiation capacity of stem apex was stronger than stem; the fit generation medium was MS+2mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA+3% plantation+0.4% agar, adventitious bud was cultivated 30 days, the accentuation coefficient achieved to 10.
