摘要
热处理前零件表面的清洁程度对渗碳零件的渗碳层质量影响很大,传统的清洗工艺难以有效清除表面附着的油脂和清洗剂;采用热前预氧化处理,对彻底清除零件表面残留附着物十分有效。优化的预氧化工艺不仅可以有效去除零件表面的残留物,还可以提高零件渗碳层的均匀性,从而极大的提高零件的渗碳质量。
Affixing substance remained on the surface of the carbonized gear before heating treatment will greatly influence the quality and well-distribution of the carbonized layer. Pre-treatment before the heating treatment of 20CrMoH material can efficiently dismiss the affixing substance remained on the surface and be favorable to obtain the carbonized layer with high quality.
