摘要
从有效硬化层深度的定义出发,通过理论分析和试验结果,探讨了渗碳齿轮有效硬化层深度与齿轮接触疲劳强度和弯曲疲劳强度的关系,得出了有效硬化层深度的最小值由接触强度决定,而最大值由弯曲强度决定的结论。在此基础上,并参照国外的有关资料提出了不同模数时的最佳有效硬化层深度值。
Based on the defination of effective hardened layer's thickness, by means of theoritical analysis and test results, this peper searches the relation between the hardened layer's thickness and both contact fatigue Strength and flexural fatigue strength. And such a conclusion iS obtuined that minimum thickness of effective hardened layer depends on contact strength and the maalmum value depends on flexural fatigue strength. On the basis of this, with reference of foreign information, the paper offers optimal effective hardened layer' thicknesses related to different module of gear.
