摘要
残余应力的性质与大小直接影响零件的表面质量。本文进行了干磨与湿磨的对比试验,结果表明湿磨(特别是采用液氮冷却)可使零件表面获得残余压应力,有助于零件表面质量的进一步提高。
The surface quality of components are affected directly by the property of residual stresses.In this paper,a test of dry grinding and wet grinding has been made.Experimental results show that residual compressive stresses in the surface of specimens can be obtained by wet grinding (specially using liquid- nitrogen).Thus,the surface quality of specimens is further improved.
