摘要
分析比较了多种重载齿轮深层渗碳深度的确定方法,列出了近年部分重载齿轮对渗碳层深度要求的变化。选用不同直径的代表性试样和齿形试样,进行了渗碳淬硬层应力测定,认为可以从压缩现有深层渗碳层深度冗余和在归结近年来渗层深度变化的基础上,努力实现深层渗碳工艺精益化,适当降低渗碳层深度,在确保齿轮承载能力的前提下,使深层渗碳过程成为节能减排、清洁高效的加工技术。
A variety methods of determining the depth of deep case carburizing of heavy-duty gear are compared,the variation of carburized depth requirement of heavy-duty gear in recent years are listed.The quench stress test of the carburizing samples with different diameter and the specimen with teeth shape are carried out.On the basis of compressing the depth redundancy of the existing deep carburized layer and referring to the variation of carburized depth in recent years,we can make great efforts to attribute lean process of carburized depth,appropriate reducing the depth,and on condition of ensuring gear load capacity,make deep carburizing process to a processing technology of energy conservation and emission reduction and clean efficient.
