摘要
通过热力学和XRD分析,研究不同气氛下熟料煅烧时,铁存在形式对氧化铝溶出率的影响。结果表明,在还原气氛下高价铁与硫还原为低价离子,形成在Na2CO3溶液中能稳定存在的化合物(CFS2,FeS等),消除了在氧化气氛下形成的影响氧化铝溶出率的化合物C4AF和CF2,同时也消除硫对整个工艺的危害。氧化铝溶出率由原来的83%提高到87%。
The effect of existent form of iron in the clinker from the sintering process with different atmosphere on industrial lixiviation rate of the alumina is investigated by thermodynamics analysis and XRD. The results show that high valence ions are reduced to low valence ions and the stable compounds in Na2CO3 solution (CFS2, FeS and so on) are formed. The compounds influencing alumina leaching rate, such as C4AF and CF2 disappears, and the influence of sulfur on the process is eliminated. The industrial lixiviation rate of the alumina is increased from 83 % to 87 %
