煤矸石制备聚合氯化铝工艺 被引量:10

摘要 以煤矸石为原料制备聚合氯化铝是煤矸石综合利用的重要方式之一,考察了聚合温度、聚合时间、Al3+浓度和铝酸钙粉用量等对聚合氯化铝产品指标的影响。结果表明,当煤矸石固体质量与盐酸溶液体积之比(固液比)达到1∶3.5时,煤矸石中氧化铝的溶出率近80%;该固液比下,聚合条件为:铝离子浓度1.5 mol/L,铝酸钙粉用量150 g/L,80℃下聚合120 min,得到的聚合氯化铝产品中Al2O3含量10.3%,盐基度65.6%,符合HG/T 2677—2009中的Ⅰ类产品指标。 The preparation of the polyaluminum chloride floceulant (PAC) from coal gangue is one of the important utilization ways of coal gangue. The effects of polymerization temperature,polymerization time, A1^3+ concentration and calcium aluminate powder dosage on the index of polyaluminum chloride products were investigated by single factor experimental. The results show that the optimal condition of polymerization are the ratio of the mass of coal gangue (g) to the volume of hydrochloric solution (ml) 1 : 3.5 and the polymerization conditions 80 ℃, 120 min, 1.5 mol/L A1^3+ in the acid leaching solution ,and 150 g/L calcium aluminate powder in the acid leaching solution. The asprepared polyaluminium chloride contains 10.3 % A12 03 with a basicity of 65.6%, which is in accordance with Class I of the HG/ T 2677--2009.
