摘要
通过X-射线衍射分析、扫描电镜分析、激光粒度分析、宏观力学性能测试等手段,对煤矸石进行了机械-热力复合活化研究。结果表明,机械-热力复合活化煤矸石的活性主要来源于煤矸石中粘土矿物的受热分解及玻璃化,煅烧温度对其活性影响较大。北京地区煤矸石的最佳煅烧温度为900℃。粉磨时间对煅烧煤矸石细度影响较大,从而对活性的影响也较大,但到一定的细度后粉磨效率会变低,综合考虑粉磨效率及活化效果,可得到一最佳粉磨时间。
A mechanical-thermal cooperation method for activating the coal gangue was studied by means of X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) examing, laser particle analysis and macro mechanical property test. The results shows that the decomposition and change to glassiness of argillaceous minerals in coal gangue, when it has been heated, is the source of activity of calcined coal gangue. And the high or low of temperature will greatly affect the activity, for the coal gangue produced in Beijing there is an optimum temperatare of 900~C. On the other hand, the grinding time for calcined coal gangue will also greatly effect the activity, the time longer, the surface area larger, and then activity larger. However, when the grinding time reaches a ceratain valuta, the grinding efficiency will become obviousely lower. So, for the coal gangue produced in Beijing, there is also an optimum time of 15 min.
