摘要
建立液固顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定盐酸左旋咪唑中有机溶剂残留。采用HSS-4A和DB-1大口径毛细管柱,以正丁醇为内标进行定量。甲醇、乙醇、氯仿及DMSO的回收率分别为100.5%、102.7%、101.8%和93.3%。最低检测限分别为0.2μg·g-1,0.1μg·g-1,1.5μg·g-1和16.2μg·g-1。本方法简单、准确、灵敏度及重现性好。
To develop solution-solid headspaee capillary GC for the determination of residual solvent in Levamisole Hydrochloride. Using HSS-4A and DB-1 wide bore capillary column wish 1-butanol as internal standard. The average recovery of methanol, ethanol, chloroform and DMSO was100.5 %, 102.7 % ,101.8 % ,93.3 %, respectively. The lowest test limits of methanol, ethanol, chloroform and DMSO was 0.2 μ g·g-l,0.1μ g·g-1,1.5 μg· g-1, 16.2 μg·g-1,respectively. The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducibility.
