摘要
目的:建立三七提取物中7种有机溶剂残留量的测定方法。方法:采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法,以标准溶液加入法测定三七提取物中有机溶剂残留量。结杲:在考察的浓度范围内7种有机溶剂呈现良好的线性关系(乙醇r=0.9994、正己烷r=0.9982、苯r=0.9999、甲苯r=0.9991、二甲苯r=0.9994、苯乙烯r=0.9997、二乙烯苯r=0.9932),回收率81.74%~111.2%,理论板数均大于15000,相邻峰的分离度均大于2,日内、日间精密度RSD均小于10%。结论:该方法简单、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,排除了基质的干扰,适用于三七提取物中有机溶剂残留量的测定。
Objective. To develope a headspace gas chromatography method for the determination of residual organic solvents in Panax notoginseng extracts. Methods: The samples were injected into HP-INNOWAX capillary column by headspace sampler and analyzed with FID detector using standard addition method. Results: There was a good linearity in the experimental concentration (r=0. 9932-0. 9999). The rate of recovery was in the rang of 81.74%-111.2%. The numbers of theoretical plates were more than 15 000 and the resolutions between the adjacent peaks were more than 2. The RSD of precision and accuracy were both less than 10%. Conclusions: The method is simple ,accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility ,which can be used for the determination of the residual organic solvents in Panax notoginseng extracts.
