摘要
建立了烟用水基胶中乙酸乙烯酯的顶空气相色谱-质谱(HS-GC-MS)测定方法。样品经80℃下静态顶空30 min后,后采用GC/MS方法测定,结果表明:测定乙酸乙烯酯的检测限、加标回收率和RSD分别为1. 48μg/m L、97%～110%和3. 30%,该方法具有简单快速、准确灵敏等特点,适合于烟用水基胶中残余乙酸乙烯酯的定量分析。
A method for determining vinyl acetate in water-based emulsion adhesives for Cigarette by headspace gas chromatography mass spectrometry(HS-GC-MS).The adhesive sample was treated at 80 ℃ for 30 min,then determined by GC/MS method.The results showed that the recoveries of the method ranged from 97% to 110% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 3.30% and the limit of detection was 1.48μg/mL.The method is accurate,simple,rapid,and suitable for the analysis of residual vinyl acetate in cigarette emulsion adhesives.
