摘要
采用大口径毛细管柱，建立了一种气相色谱测定鸦片中生物碱的快速分析方法。样品经超声提取，ＨＰ－１（５ ｍ ×０．５３ ｍ ｍ ×２．６５ μｍ ）毛细管色谱柱，ＦＩＤ 测定。回收率为９６．８％ ～１０１．１％ ，相对标准偏差均小于３％ 。方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏。
A rapid method for the simultaneous determination of condeine,morphine,thebaine,papaverine and narcotine in opium by gas chromatography with widebore capillary column is described.It is operated on a 5 m×0.5 mm×2.65 μm film HP\|1 capillary column and monitored by a FID detector and only takes 8 minutes for the whole analysis.The recoveries were from 96.8% to 101.1%, and the relative standard deviations were less than 3.0%. The advantages of this method are simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive.
