摘要
目的:建立替硝唑注射液的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法。用盐酸溶液(9→1000)为溶剂,检测波长319nm。结果:回归方程为A=0.0036202628C+0.003146563(r=0.9999),替硝唑在8.08~20.20μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.76%,RSD为0.56%。结论:该方法简便快速、重现性好,可作为快速分析方法测定替硝唑注射液的含量。
Objective:Estiblish a assaying method for tindazole injection.Methods:ultraviolet spectrophotometry hydrochloric acid solution(1 to 1000)is the solvent wavelength is 319nm.Results:the regression equation A=0.0036202628C+0.003146563(r=0.9999),The linear relation between the assay of tindazole and absorbance is good when the concentration is 8.08 to 20.20μg/mL.The average recovery is 99.76%,RSD is 0.56%.Conclusion:This method is simple and reproducible and can be used as a fast method of assaying for tindazole injection.
