摘要
目的：建立替硝唑注射液的含量测定方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度法。用盐酸溶液（9→1000）为溶剂,检测波长319nm。结果：回归方程为A=0.0036202628C＋0.003146563（r=0.9999）,替硝唑在8.08~20.20μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.76%,RSD为0.56%。结论：该方法简便快速、重现性好,可作为快速分析方法测定替硝唑注射液的含量。
Objective：Estiblish a assaying method for tindazole injection.Methods：ultraviolet spectrophotometry hydrochloric acid solution（1 to 1000）is the solvent wavelength is 319nm.Results：the regression equation A=0.0036202628C＋0.003146563（r=0.9999）,The linear relation between the assay of tindazole and absorbance is good when the concentration is 8.08 to 20.20μg/mL.The average recovery is 99.76%,RSD is 0.56%.Conclusion：This method is simple and reproducible and can be used as a fast method of assaying for tindazole injection.
