摘要
介绍了国华锦界能源有限责任公司3号机组辅机故障快速减负荷(RB)的试验过程。针对试验中的汽包水位及炉膛压力控制,分析了提高主蒸汽压力设定值、优化蒸汽量前馈以及一次风机RB过程磨煤机跳闸速率和燃料指令减速率等控制策略,并通过试验验证了该控制策略的有效性。
The test process of run back(RB)function for unit no. 3 in Jinjie Energy Co Ltd has been presented. Directing against controlling water- level in the steam drum and controlling pressure in the furnace during the test process, the control tactics adopted, such as enhancing the set value of main steam pressure, optimizing feed forward of the steam flow rate, as well as propery tripping velocity of coal pulverizer and decreasing the velocity of fuel command during RB process of the primary air fan, etc. , has been analysed. Through test,the effectiveness of above- mentioned tactics has been verified.
