摘要
通过对RB控制策略和各子控制系统进行修改和优化,在各子控制系统中加入前馈补偿、超驰控制,增强子系统调节抗扰能力,确保在RB过程中各子控制系统能够在RB过程中全程在自动方式,并将各被调量控制在预定范围内,以实现全自动无人干预的RB过程,确保辅机故障跳闸状态时的机组安全运行。并且在菲律宾Mariveles电站进行了实验验证,通过对试验数据进行分析,验证了全自动RB控制策略的优秀效果,可以对相似机组的调试和改造有很好借鉴意义。
An automatic control strategy have been introducedinthispaper, it involves the runback(RB) function ofthe thermal power unit. Several optimizations of control strategy and subordinatecontrolsystemswas proposed, such as In- tegrating the feed-forward and the override control into subordinate controlsystems. As a result, antijamming capabili- tyof systems has been remarkably enhanced, subordinate controlsystems were in state offully-Automation, the regulated quantity was controlled within a predetermined range. Optimizations ensured the safe operation of the unit in state of auxiliary trip fault. Optimizations have been tested in Mariveles Power Plant of Philippines and abtained ideal Perform- ance, showing the reference significance to debugging and modification of similar units.
