研究生导师队伍的素质是和水平是培养创新型人才的基础和关键,加强研究生导师的政治理论学习,完善遴选机制,严格上岗审核,强化在岗学习以及在政策、待遇上给予倾斜是研究生导师队伍建设的具体内容。
The quality and level of graduate student tutors are the foundation and key for producing creative talents. The specific contents for constructing the contingent of graduate student tutors include strengthening the political theory study on the part of graduate student tutors, perfecting the selection system, making the pre-post assessment stricter, strengthening in-service study and giving them preferential treatment.
