摘要
在医学研究生教育领域中,导师制可分为"单一导师制"及"小组导师制"两种模式。目前,国内普遍使用的"单一导师制"暴露出了一些不适应现代社会发展的弊病,而"小组导师制"具有诸多的优势,值得在国内的医学研究生教育改革中推广使用。
In medical graduate education, the tutorial system falls into two models: single-tutor model and tutor- group model. Presently, the single-tutor model, which is still common in China, has shown some disadvantages which do not meet the demands of social development. In comparison, the tutor-group model has presented many advantages, which make it worthy of being popularized in medical graduate education reform
