摘要
新疆高校的研究生教育近年来得到快速发展,研究生导师队伍也在不断扩大。在发展中暴露出导师队伍发展和建设的一些问题。本文从数量、结构、质量三个方面呈现了新疆研究生导师队伍的现状,分析了制约研究生导师队伍建设的主要因素,并对建设高素质的各民族导师队伍提出了建议。
Post-graduate education in Xinjiang has been developing very fast in recent years, and the number of post-graduate supervisors has also been increasing. However, problems arise at the same time. This paper analyzed the present situation in terms of quantity, structure and quality, and the main factors that restrict the construction of post-graduate supervisors. Methods for constructing high quality post-graduate supervisors were suggested.
