摘要
近些年,职场性骚扰话题愈演愈热,然而多数人对这一概念的理解是片面的、直观的。论文从职场性骚扰的定义、特征、主体、客体、对象等方面对其进行界定,兼对"如何理解性骚扰中的‘性’","女性可否成为性骚扰主体","同性之间能否成立性骚扰","双性恋者可否成为性骚扰主体"等争议问题作出解答。
Presently, sexual harassment in the workplace is a topic that is debated fiercely, but most understanding of this are partial or surficial. The passage will definate this subject from its defination, characteristics, subjects, targets and objects. At the same time, reply such issues as : how to apprehend the word "sex" in sexual harassment; can the female be subject of sexual harassment; ean sexual harassment be established between male and male or female and female; can sexual harassment be established when it comes to a bisexual. We answer these questions in the hope of having a positive impact on understanding and prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace.
