摘要
随着社会的发展,劳动者职业安全的保障需求由单一化转向多元化,既包括生命安全、身体健康等物质性需求,也包括精神健康和心理健康等精神性需求。劳动者精神法益保护是具有鲜明时代气息的研究课题,以职场性骚扰为代表的侵害劳动者精神法益的一系列问题将成为未来劳动法学研究的热点。
With the development of society,the demand for occupational safety has shifted from simplification to diversification,including material needs such as life safety and physical health,as well as spiritual needs such as mental health and psychologicalhealth.Laborer's spiritual legal protection is a research topic with a distinct era.The series of problems that infringe the laborer's spiritual interests, represented by workplace sexual harassment,will become the hotspot of future labor law research.
