摘要
文章回顾了中国性骚扰国家立法的现状,指出性骚扰地方立法的可行性和必然性,分析了湖南省人大常委会在新修订的《湖南省实施〈妇女权益保障法〉办法》中所做的尝试,并对今后性骚扰地方立法的发展方向提出了构想。
This paper examines the state of legislation against 'sexual harassment' in China and points out the probability and necessity of establishing local by-laws on 'sexual harassment.' It analyzes the experience of the People's Congress in Hunan with amending the Guidelines on the Implementation of the Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests in Hunan,from which it projects future direction in legislative initiatives on 'sexual harassment' in China.
