摘要
学生评教与领导专家评价、同行评价、教师自我评价一样,是教学评价的有机组成部分。剖析了目标管理视角下学生评教的价值理念,介绍了在实行教学目标管理的前提下如何进行学生评教。
Students＇ evaluating teaching is one part of teaching evaluations as leaders and experts＇ evaluation, peers＇ evaluation and self-evaluation of teachers. The values of students＇ evaluating teaching from the perspective of management by objectives, are analyzed and how to implement it in the precondition of management by objectives is introduced.
