摘要
在经济历史中,劳动分工与交易的出现带来了激励问题。长时间以来,人们对激励问题的研究大多是从经济学与管理学两个方向来探讨。然而二者并没有充分有效地结合起来。通过管理学的过程型激励理论和经济激励理论中的委托代理模型结合起来,建立一个有效的分析框架。结果表明,经济学的分析方法可提高分析的科学性和严谨性,管理学中的行为理论分析可为经济分析提供一个关于人行为的理论基础。
In the economic history ,incentive problems came with work dividing and transaction. For a long time, people study the issue mostly from enomomic and management perspetive. However, they haven't been combined fully. Therefore, an efficient analyzing framework which combines economic method based on the hypothesis of rational with management method based on behavior theory has been set up. The outcomes shows that the economic analyzing method could make analysis more scientific and precise, and theory of behavior in management could provide us a basis understanding about human behavior.
