摘要
目前,人力资源管理已成为企业发展的重要战略,而在我国经济欠发达地区的企业受到自然条件差、交通信息闭塞、基础设施落后、人才缺乏等客观因素制约,仍未实施科学的人力资源管理,找出本地区企业人力资源管理的缺陷、研究其人力资源管理发展对策,对经济欠发达地区企业快速发展具有重要意义。
At present, the human resources management had become an important strategy for enterprises. Because of restriction of the bad natural condition, the transportation facilities , and the backward infrastructure in the underdeveloped areas in our country, the human resources management had not yet carried out scientifically. It was significant to discover the defects in human resources management and to find out the countermeasures to resolve those problems .
