摘要
改革开放三十多年来,广东民营企业所取得的成绩令人瞩目,但在广东欠发达地区民营企业由于其自身发展和地理区域的特殊性,在人力资源管理方面存在诸多问题。本文就广东欠发达地区民营企业人力资源的特点、存在的问题进行分析,并针对欠发达地区民营企业人力资源管理存在的问题提出了解决措施。
For more than 30 years ol relorm and opening up,Guangdong private enterprises have achieved Im pressively, but there are many problems for Guangdong private enterprises in less developed regions due to their de velopment and geographic region peculiarities in human resources management. Based on the analysis of the charac teristics and the problems of human resources management in private enterprises in Guangdong less developed are as, this paper put forward countermeasures of human resources management.
