摘要
在当今区域经济的建设发展中,人才已成为最关键的因素,人才资源成为所有生产要素中最关键的生产要素,人才建设是促进地区发展和生活和谐的重要立足点。我们应当分析人才队伍中存在的问题及原因,论证人才建设的可行性,结合地区发展实际,努力探求促进发展的新途径。
In regional economic development , the personnel have become the most crucial factor, and human resources have become the most important production elements. And the personnel development is an important foothold for the prometion of regional development and a harmonious life. We should analyze the problems and causes existing in the personnel, demonstrate the feasibility of the personnel construction. In connection with the development in underdeveloped Eastern region, we should explore new ways to promote the personnel development.
