摘要
加入WTO ,对于贵州这个经济欠发达地区的企业尤其是中小企业来说 ,影响是双重的。如何构建我国经济欠发达地区中小企业核心竞争力 ,是一个有意义的课题。外部重组是获取核心竞争力的资源 。
