摘要
立足于借鉴国内精品课程"人力资源管理"建设的课堂教学方法,重点分析"人力资源管理"的案例教学、角色扮演、互动教学、模拟实践教学等课堂教学方法,以及对开放式教学、交互作业教学、学生自主学习等辅助教学手段在"人力资源管理"课堂教学方法方面的探索,这对于人力资源管理专业课堂教学工作有很强的指导意义。
It based on the Human resources management Fine Courses of classroom teaching methods, focusing on the analysis of the Human resources management teaching methods of case study, role - play, interactive study, and simulation practice. Also it worked over the human resources management teaching aids methods of open teaching, interactive operation study and students self - study. It would guide significance for Human resources management in classroom teaching.
